New U Therapy Center & Family Services is seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to provide psychotherapy across Valencia, Torrance, and Westlake Village. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-person and telehealth sessions, and a competitive hourly rate of $80–$90.

We provide in-house psychiatry support, stress the importance of documentation, and offer ample professional development through monthly trainings and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted California Psychologist license (Board of Psychology).
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in outpatient mental health or private practice.
• A commitment to strong therapeutic relationships and meaningful client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy in-person and telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and/or families based on clinical need.
• Maintain 15–20 billable sessions per week while balancing quality of care and documentation.
• Collaborate across disciplines — consult and coordinate care with our in-house psychiatry team, therapists, and other providers.
• Keep documentation current — timely, accurate notes in line with organizational and professional/regulatory standards.
• Grow with your peers — peer case consultations, monthly trainings, and team-based learning.
