Centurion Health at Lawrence Correctional Center in Sumner, IL is seeking a Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the care team. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision and medical staff, with day shift responsibilities.

The requirements include a high school diploma or GED, LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
