Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in North Naples, Florida is seeking a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our physician-led geriatrics practice.

This role offers excellent compensation with bonus opportunity, full malpractice coverage, and a strong work-life balance, along with CME PTO and a 401(k) match.

The ideal candidate holds a BSW or MSW, is licensed as an LCSW in Florida, and has at least three years of health-care social work experience, preferably with geriatrics.

• Licensed in-state as the highest licensure for Social Work required.
• Minimum of three years of social work experience, health care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred.

We are hiring a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatricspractice.

Compensation: $45,000 - $51,000 per year commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)

What you will need:
