Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our physician-led geriatrics practice.

The compensation is $45,000 - $51,000 per year with base pay, bonus and incentives, plus full malpractice coverage, CME allowance, 401(k) match and dues reimbursement. This role offers excellent work-life balance and opportunities to grow within a national network of senior living communities.

Qualifications

• Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required.
• Clinically Licensed Social Work – highest licensure in the state - required.
• Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (health care setting preferred).
• Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred.

Location: Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatricspractice.

Compensation: $45,000 - $51,000 per year commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)
