Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Checks out items, places holds, and conducts circulation tasks.
• Processes library card applications and orients patrons to services.
• Assists patrons in finding items and answers questions.
• Assists with shelving and processing returns as needed.
• Assists with scanning, faxing, and copying.
• Supports colleagues with events and projects.
• May fill in in the Adult Services department as needed.
