Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service in person, via phone, and via email.
• Checks out items, places holds, and performs other circulation services for patrons.
• Processes library card applications and orients patrons to library services.
• Assists patrons in finding items and answering general library questions.
• Assists with shelving and processing returns as needed.
• Assists with scanning, faxing, and copying.
• Assists colleagues with special events and other projects as assigned.
• May have scheduled hours and/or fill in as needed in the Adult Services department.
