Kansas City Kansas Community College is seeking a Circulation Clerk to provide friendly, frontline service in the Library & Learning Services. The role handles check-in/out, patron accounts, course reserves, and room reservations with the library ILS, supporting students and staff daily.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Work hours include afternoon/evening shifts at the Main Campus and other locations as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Staff the library circulation desk and provide help at the point of service.
• Check materials in and out using the ILS and manage patron accounts.
• Process new and returned materials and prepare items for shelving.
• Assist with consortium lending and courier service coordination.
• Handle phone inquiries and room reservations for Learning Commons.
• Support students with basic computer tasks and printing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support students and the college community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
