The role focuses on accurately entering, updating, and maintaining case information in our firm databases while ensuring confidentiality and precision.

The ideal candidate will have data entry or administrative experience, be proficient with MS Office, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior data entry, administrative, legal or office experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to use various software applications.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy.
• Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Multitask in a fast-paced office while staying professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must be able to commute to the office daily.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update case and claim information into firm databases.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter important dates, deadlines, and contact information.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate.
• Assist attorneys, paralegals, and staff with data-related projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and case information.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
