Job summary

The University of Colorado Colorado Springs will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturers in Technical Communication and Information Design from which future appointments to temporary, non-tenure track positions will be made. Appointments are part-time (less than 50% time) and will be made semester-by-semester.

Courses may be in person or online. Qualified applicants must hold a Master’s degree in the field or equivalent experience, and must have work authorization in the United States; the

• Master's degree in the field or significant experience as described in Letter of Expertise submitted to HR.
• Must have U.S. work authorization; the university will not sponsor visas or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Technical Communication and Information Design as needed.
• Courses may be offered in-person, online, or hybrid depending on need.
• Serve as a lecturer in the LAS-TCID department on a part-time basis.
