Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or related discipline
• Active industry experience in business, management, recruiting, and/or career development
• Ability to facilitate large group discussions and/or experience in teaching or conducting workshops
• Proficiency with technology including video conferencing (Zoom/Teams), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint), LinkedIn
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development
• Out-of-State Employment Policy: working outside California is prohibited for CSU-related work

Responsibilities

• Facilitate courses and lead engaging sessions on career development and employability skills
• Coordinate with EIR Coaches and ensure timely communication with students
• Utilize technology to deliver in-person sessions at Temecula site and manage class activities
