Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a part-time Leasing Specialist at a residential community in Crandall, Texas. You will coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal activities, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You’ll ensure a smooth move-in, support renewals, and maintain resident satisfaction while using on-site software and following company standards.

Qualifications

• Licenses as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and tour communities.
• Experience using on-site property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Support lease renewals and follow up with residents to maintain satisfaction.
• Inspect show units and communicate maintenance needs to keep show quality.
