Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Plano, Texas community. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, guiding tours, processing applications, and coordinating leases, renewals, and events to boost occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate with maintenance and on-site teams, utilize property management software, and uphold Greystar's standards of show quality and customer service, while fostering a vibrant lifestyle for residents.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
1-3 years minimum experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service background to resolve customer issues and complete records.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and answer questions.
Proficiency in using property management applications and databases.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to achieve occupancy goals.
Maintain records of move-ins, traffic, and leasing activities; review data for decision making.
Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic and occupancy.
Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
Assist with lease renewals and related correspondence per playbooks.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing resident concerns promptly with appropriate teams.
