The Canopy & Camellia on Buck in Sacramento, CA is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to manage leasing activities for two multi-family communities totaling 150 units. This role covers tours, lead management, and the full lease cycle with prospective residents.

Responsibilities include advertising, promoting the property, and meeting occupancy goals while complying with Fair Housing laws. Requires 1+ year customer service and sales experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
