Job summary

CLS Living is seeking a Part Time Leasing Professional in Houston, TX to provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, maintain a welcoming office environment, and drive leasing with a strong emphasis on community marketing and occupancy goals.

You will support property operations, manage inquiries, update listings, and coordinate events while upholding CLS Living standards and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to market and sell the community.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain the property’s curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining a thorough annual marketing plan.
• Perform and record daily follow-up with prospects; identify and communicate ways to overcome obstacles and close deals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of the property and competitors through market research.
• Establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals and renewal programs to meet occupancy.
• Assist with cleaning the office, common areas, grounds, and apartments as needed to ensure a professional appearance.
• Fill in for other positions when necessary and assist with after-hours emergencies.
• Conduct lease processing, administration, and other administrative duties as needed.
