Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a motivated part-time Leasing Agent to support leasing activities at our multifamily community. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help achieve occupancy goals while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of leasing experience, strong sales and communication skills, and familiarity with CRM or property management software.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or property management software preferred.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work part-time and meet leasing and customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Conduct property tours and present apartments, amenities, pricing, and lease terms.
• Assist prospects with applications and leasing requirements.
• Support the leasing process through move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
• Assist with renewals, transfers, and resident retention.
• Provide professional resident service and address leasing questions.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
• Support leasing, sales, and occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate leasing documentation and records.
