Job summary

The Glen at Alexander in Augusta, GA is seeking a Part-time Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome prospective residents, present apartment homes, and move them through the application process. You will maintain CRM data, coordinate tours, and support leasing strategies while upholding Sterling Group's standards.

Ideal candidates have a year of customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in property management, retail, service or sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Yardi preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and grammar skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Greet and tour prospects, highlight features and benefits.
• Process applications and assist in lease preparation.
• Enter inquiries into CRM and track leads in Yardi CRM.
• Support marketing efforts and community events.
• Ensure property presentation remains clean and welcoming.
