Responsibilities

• Lease apartments via telephone and tours to prospective residents.
• Provide excellent customer service to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for residents' experience.
• Manage renewals and rent collection as needed.
• Assist with marketing and community relations.
