Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to join our on-site teams in Melbourne, FL and Rockledge, FL. You’ll be the first contact for prospects and residents, delivering friendly service while guiding applicants through the lease process.

You’ll showcase properties, help meet occupancy goals, conduct tours, follow up on leads, and coordinate renewals. Travel between two properties is required; weekend scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Creative and problem-solving mindset.
• Sales or leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Team player with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community and provide top-notch service to residents and prospects.
• Lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, and promote our communities.
• Know the property, amenities, and competition to showcase offerings.
• Track leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends.
• Facilitate the leasing process from application to move-in.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate lease renewals.
