Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following duties; additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary by supervisory personnel:

  • Greet guests professionally and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Manage unit access, ensuring all units are locked/unlocked as needed and maintained in a model condition.
  • Show units to prospects, follow up on traffic, and prepare lease documents.
  • Assist prospects with applications, deposits, and conduct business following company policies and legal requirements.
  • Update availability reports, process applications, and follow up on approval status.
  • Ensure units are ready for move-in, follow up with prospects, and facilitate resident orientation.
  • Support renewal programs and maintain office cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Handle communication with residents via phone and in person with professionalism.
  • Observe safety protocols, report damages or incidents, and understand emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate work orders, maintain resident information, and assist in marketing efforts including social media.
  • Support community and resident events as needed.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma and two years of leasing experience.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Strong leasing, closing, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to explain lease documents, sell services, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands
  • Some lifting (<=25 lbs), climbing stairs, walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Workplace is drug-free.
