NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to showcase our apartment homes, greet prospective residents, and guide them through the leasing process with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

This role supports community operations under the Community Manager, participates in monthly trainings, and helps execute the Urban Village Program, events, and beehives/garden initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience encouraged.
• Proficient in Outlook and MS Office; basic math skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leasing standards and document contracts.

Position: Leasing Consultant

Supervisor: CommunityManager

Hours: Typicalrange ofhoursisbased onthecommunityneedsandmayrequireweekendsand afterhouremergencyservices.Workdaysmaybe adjustedbased on communityneeds. Part Time: 3 daysperweek,8hoursper day (average 24 hours).

PhysicalDemands: Light(occasionalupto 25pounds) -Climbstairs,stoop,kneel, crouch, reach, handle, etc.

DrugScreens: Pre-employment,post injury,reasonablesuspicion,and possible random screens.

Knowledge / Skills / Ability:

• Skilled in assessing and addressing community common area and amenity needs, with a strong attention to detail and commitmentto community standards.
• Effectively prioritizes tasks independently, manages time well, and consistently achieves assigned objectives and projects.
• Adapts quickly to resolve unexpected challenges and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively with on-site staff, residents, supervisors, corporate associates, and vendors.
• Proficient in English with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in interpreting legal documents, managing rent collections, and overseeing lease compliance.
• Possesses intermediate math skills for financial reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping, including proficiency with percentages, decimals, and fractions.
• Welcomed knowledge of property operations, with an emphasis on lease terms, contract enforcement, and collections.

General Summary of Associate Responsibility:

• Provides comprehensive support across all facets of community operations, working closely with and under the guidance of the Community Manager.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior sales experience encouraged
