New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to showcase our grounds and apartments to prospective residents, emphasizing features that make living in a New Earth Residential community unique.

The role supports leasing efforts, responds to inquiries, conducts tours, and participates in ongoing training while coordinating with on-site staff and the Community Manager. A high school diploma is required, and prior sales experience is encouraged.

Hours:

Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs. Full Time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (average 40 hours).

Physical Demands:

Light (occasional up to 25 pounds) - Climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, etc.

Drug Screens:

Pre-employment, post injury, reasonable suspicion, and possible random screens.

• Skilled in assessing and addressing community common area and amenity needs, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to community standards.
• Effectively prioritizes tasks independently, manages time well, and consistently achieves assigned objectives and projects.
• Adapts quickly to resolve unexpected challenges and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively with on-site staff, residents, supervisors, corporate associates, and vendors.
• Proficient in English with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in interpreting legal documents, managing rent collections, and overseeing lease compliance.
• Possesses intermediate math skills for financial reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping, including proficiency with percentages, decimals, and fractions.
• Welcomed knowledge of property operations, with an emphasis on lease terms, contract enforcement, and collections.

General Summary of Associate Responsibility:

• Provides comprehensive support across all facets of community operations, working closely with and under the guidance of the Community Manager.
