Burlington Capital Properties’ Harvest Crossing in Jackson, Ohio is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to greet visitors, give tours, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.

You’ll prepare leases, maintain records, support marketing efforts, and help retain residents. The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and the ability to work independently in a busy office.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of general office, customer service, leasing, or related experience preferred.
• Previous apartment leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with affordable housing or LIHTC programs preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Basic math, bookkeeping, and computer skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Ability to work independently while following direction from management.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record, if required for the position.

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for Harvest Crossing in Jackson, Ohio. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people find their next home while providing an exceptional resident experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Harvest Crossing is an affordable housing community, and familiarity with tax credit housing requirements is beneficial.

Schedule

Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 25 hours per week

The Successful Leasing Consultant Will:

• Greet prospective residents, provide community and apartment tours, and assist with the leasing process.
• Prepare lease documentation, welcome packets, and move-in materials.
