Harvest Crossing is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant in Jackson, Ohio, to help residents find their next home and ensure an exceptional resident experience.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, prepare lease documents, and manage resident information. A high school diploma and strong customer service are required; leasing or LIHTC knowledge is a plus. 25 hours per week in a fast-paced office.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of general office, customer service, leasing, or related experience preferred.
• Previous apartment leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with affordable housing or LIHTC programs preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community and apartment tours.
• Prepare lease documentation, welcome packets, and move-in materials.
• Enter and maintain resident and prospect information in company databases.
• Support renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Coordinate resident events and assist with marketing initiatives.
• Maintain organized resident files and assist with general office duties.
• Attend staff meetings and participate as an active team member.
