PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, driving occupancy and revenue while delivering world-class resident experiences.

You will convert leads, deliver compelling tours, and maintain up-to-date pricing knowledge. The role requires ownership of every lead, strong follow-up, and weekend availability within a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
• Demonstrated success achieving sales/leasing targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

The Part‑Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front‑line sales professional at an assigned community and will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. What You’ll Do

Sales & Leasing

Resident Experience

• Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community
• Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect
• Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals

Community Operations Support

• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Support office presentation and model readiness
• Assist in performance of annual turn process
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
• Assist with market serveys as needed
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.

What You’ll Need
