Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Atlanta to drive occupancy and revenue. You will deliver world-class resident experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include converting leads, conducting tours, following up, and maintaining pricing knowledge to outperform occupancy targets. This role requires a proactive closer with strong communication and multitouch outreach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven success meeting sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

The Part-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community and will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who will provide a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast paced, team-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Leasing

Resident Experience

• Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community
• Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect
• Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals

Community Operations Support

• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Support office presentation and model readiness
• Assist in performance of annual turn process
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
• Assist with market serveys as needed
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.

What You’ll Need:

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
• Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
