Realiant Property Management | Lexington, KY | Part-Time

Realiant Property Management manages over 2,000 rental homes and apartments across Kentucky and Ohio. We're looking for a friendly, organized, part-time Leasing Agent to be the on-site face of one of our apartment communities. If you like working with people, can handle details, and enjoy keeping a property running smoothly, we'd like to meet you.

What you'll do

• Show vacant units to prospective residents and help them through the application process
• Do routine unit inspections, plus move-in and move-out walkthroughs
• Follow up with residents on maintenance requests to make sure work was finished and they're satisfied
• Check in with residents regularly and build good relationships
• Help with rent collection, including reminders and following up on late payments
• Walk the grounds, hallways, and common areas to keep them clean, safe, and in good shape
• Report repairs and issues to our maintenance techs and follow through until they're fixed

What we're looking for

• Customer service experience; leasing or property management experience is a plus
• Clear, friendly communication, both in person and by phone
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
• Comfortable using a smartphone and computer (we use AppFolio, and we'll train you)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Flexible availability, including some evenings or Saturdays for showings

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons into early evening, plus Saturday
