Job summary

The Annex Group is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent in Lawrence, Kansas. 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, 25 hours per week, non-exempt.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding resident experiences, supporting property operations, and ensuring compliance with housing programs and reporting. Ideal candidates bring property management or affordable housing exposure, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality of resident

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent resident experiences and support, including vendor, partner and owner interactions.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for residents and partners.
• Execute property appearance and curb appeal standards.
• Assist Community Manager in achieving occupancy goals and budgeting targets.
• Adhere to LIHTC program requirements and reporting.
• Handle daily accounting functions related to receivables/payables as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies.
