Job summary

Huntington Learning Center is seeking a Learning Center Coordinator & Tutor to join our team in Minnesota. You will support students and families, tutor one-to-one, and help keep the center running smoothly with scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of tutoring or teaching experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. Part-time schedule offered, with evenings and weekend hours available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of tutoring, teaching, or similar experience with students required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students and families and provide exceptional customer service.
• Tutor students one-to-one across multiple grade levels and subject areas.
• Administer academic evaluations for new students.
• Coordinate daily and weekly student and teacher schedules.
• Manage calendars, appointments, Zoom meetings, and other administrative tasks.
• Process payments, invoices and payroll tracking.
• Support marketing and community outreach efforts.
