Qualifications

  • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Previous customer service or supervisory experience preferred.

On-Site Lead Ticket Office Associate

The Center For the Performing Arts is seeking applicants for part-time job of On-Site Lead Ticket Office Associate. The On-Site Lead Ticket Office Associate provides exceptional customer service while serving as a lead staff member during assigned shifts.

This part-time position is ideally scheduled for three full shifts per week (preferably Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) with limited evening and weekend hours required to support events.

This position assists with daily operations, helps train and support new staff, and provides leadership and customer service in a fast-paced arts and events environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a lead customer service representative during assigned shifts, assisting patrons with ticket sales, concession purchases, and inquiries while ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Help train and support new staff members.
  • Maintain knowledge of all Arts Ticket Center events, ticket sales, promotions, discounts, and customer service policies.
  • Work closely with college student employees and provide guidance as needed.
  • Perform basic financial and ticketing reconciliations, cash handling, and balancing tasks.
  • Assist with concession operations as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patrons before, during, and after assigned events.
