Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks a diligent Cashier/Stocker who also provides leadership in the manager’s absence. The role centers on accurate transactions, stock control, and strong customer service within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will unload shipments, stock shelves, maintain plan-o-grams, display products, and uphold a safe, clean store setting. In supervisory moments, you may authorize refunds and oversee cash procedures to support store profitability.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash procedures.
• Knowledge of cash handling, safety policies, and store operations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow plan-o-grams and presentation guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with six months of supervisory or related experience preferred.
