Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC is seeking a Part Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Fort Lauderdale/Pompano area team. The role offers 20–25 hours per week with 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

We provide certification assistance, ongoing supervision, and a supportive, positive work environment. You will work with toddlers, children and teens, delivering behavior support plans and collecting data while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers, children or teens and interest in individuals with special needs.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clear criminal background checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and positive attitude with ability to receive feedback.
• Team orientation and ability to work with others.
• Ability to multitask while managing multiple activities with children.
• Good technical and computer skills with reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plan under BCBA guidance.
• Accept constructive feedback and address areas of need as directed.
• Prepare and assist in instructional materials.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately.
• Work as a team and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
• Debrief caregiver(s) after each session.
• Maintain confidential health information.
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
• Perform other job-related duties as directed.
