Job summary

Carroll Water is hiring a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service to represent our brand at big box retail locations. Earn $20/hour plus commissions/bonuses. You’ll engage shoppers, explain benefits of our whole home water systems, and collect qualified leads for the sales team.

The role is up to 30 hours/week with weekend availability and occasional evenings. Training is provided, with a supportive, family-owned environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with people.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required).
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up.
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help improve outreach.
• Have the ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Set up and breakdown demo displays when needed.
