Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a friendly Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to represent our brand in big box retail locations. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole home water systems and gathering leads for the sales team.

This role offers $20/hour base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, with weekend hours and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality with ability to connect with people.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required).
Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way.
Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up.
Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions.
Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help improve outreach.
