HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is seeking an experienced Lead Caregiver / Care Manager to train and support caregivers, assist with recruiting, and ensure quality care.

In this role you will lead a team, manage scheduling, handle open shifts, and work closely with clients and families to maintain dignity and independence at home.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in home care, home health, caregiving, CNA, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally and effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• A genuine passion for helping people maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life at home.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet company hiring requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Help ensure caregivers understand and consistently follow client care plans and company expectations.
• Provide feedback and support to caregivers in the field.

• Help with caregiver interviews, orientations, and onboarding.
• Represent HomeWell professionally when interacting with prospective and current caregivers.
• Help address caregiver call-outs, coverage issues, and last-minute scheduling needs.
• Be willing to pick up open or missed shifts when necessary.
• Support clients and families by helping ensure reliable, consistent care.
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding client and caregiver needs.

HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Lead Caregiver / Care Manager to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver or CNA who is ready to take the next step beyond providing hands-on care. In this role, you’ll help train and support caregivers, assist with recruiting, help maintain quality care, and step in when coverage is needed.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Support Caregivers
