Job summary

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support Birth to Three services for young children in home and daycare settings across Bridgeport and surrounding towns in Connecticut.

The LCSW will conduct evaluations, autism and developmental assessments, participate in IFSP planning, monitor outcomes, and provide EI supports to families to enhance child development. Requires MSW/PhD, CT LCSW, and a valid CT driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Doctorate.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.
• Knowledge of Birth to Three program and EI practices.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Federal and State regulations, including Birth to Three.
• Administer evaluations and assessments.
• Develop rapport with children, families and team members.
• Develop joint plan with family and recommend strategies.
• Implement IFSP for enrolled families and set service frequency.
• Provide families with information, skills and support.
• Utilize coaching model and natural environment teaching.
• Participate in Birth to Three trainings and meetings.
• Complete Service Coordinator modules as needed.
