Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Connecticut.
• Experience with pediatrics and autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments of children and families to identify needs and strengths.
• Develop ISPs with the team to address social, emotional, and behavioral goals.
• Provide individual and family counseling addressing developmental challenges.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to families in acute stress.
• Coordinate services with healthcare providers, schools and community resources.
• Document all interactions per agency and regulatory requirements.
