Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
• Or enrolled in the third or fourth year of an undergraduate program focusing on the study of law.
• Ability to interpret criminal, constitutional and administrative law.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, study, interpret and apply laws for case preparation.
• Draft a variety of legal documents.
• Interview victims, witnesses and clients.
• Prepare correspondence and reports.
• Assist in court under supervision.
• Confer with attorneys and judges regarding legal matters.
• Counsel and advise clients.
