Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in Law School; ideal candidate is a 3L.
• Experience drafting briefs and motions and conducting legal research.
• This role supports trial prep and deposition summaries.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research utilizing electronic sources
• Assist attorneys in drafting of briefs and motions
• Prepare research memoranda, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Help attorneys prepare for depositions and trials
• Analyze deposition transcripts and prepare summaries.
