The ideal candidate is a current ABA-accredited JD or LL.M. student, possess excellent written and verbal communications, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage overlapping

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in ABA-accredited J.D. or LL.M. program.
• Strong academic record; participation in law review, journals, moot court, or business law societies preferred.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines with composure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and legal research engines (Westlaw/Lexis); iManage or PATTSY WAVE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Transactional Support: assist with mergers, acquisitions, financings, and entity formations.
• Trademark/Patent support: manage portfolios, draft letters, and filing support.
• Legal Research: draft concise memoranda using Lexis/Westlaw and portals.
• Administrative: maintain checklists, docket calendars, BD tracker, and file organization.
