Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional legal experience.
• Successful teaching history at the graduate or undergraduate level is strongly preferred.
• Record of engagement with the College of Law is preferred.
• Judicial clerkship or similar experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a legal practice setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a syllabus that reflects assessment of student performance.
• Provide rigorous materials and expertise in assigned subjects.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative learning environment.
• Ensure students receive prompt feedback on their work.
• Be available and responsive to students.
• Work with law school administration on course management.
• Follow academic policies related to instruction and recordkeeping.
• Use appropriate technology for communication and course management.
• Attend adjunct faculty training and meetings.
