Job summary

Summit is seeking a skilled part-time utility worker for our correctional facility kitchen in Cleveland, OH. You will oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion.

Primary duties include caring for floors and dining areas, restocking supplies, removing and disposing of waste, receiving inventory, and cleaning dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

This role supports safe, efficient meal service; weekly payroll is provided with benefits as listed by the employer.

Qualifications

• Able to follow safe operating procedures.
• Uses sound judgement and can work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Care for floors and dining areas.
• Restock supplies in the dining area.
• Remove and properly dispose of waste.
• Receive and stock inventory.
• Clean, maintain, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.
