Job summary

Summit is seeking a part-time team member to support corrections dining services. You will care for floors and tables, restock supplies, remove waste, receive inventory, and clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment.

This role emphasizes following safe operating procedures, working independently when needed, and collaborating with team members to maintain a clean, functional dining area for inmates and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow safe operating procedures and use sound judgement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.
• Restocking supplies in the dining area.
• Removal and proper disposal of waste.
• Receiving and stocking inventory.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.
