Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety.
• No related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Restock supplies such as soap and towels.
• Walks/stands for long periods and lifts up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50.
