Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses dishes; uses dishwasher or racks to wash as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains sanitation.
• Maintains safety and sanitation procedures and standards.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading as needed.
