Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods; maintains safety and sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and floors clean; handles trash removal.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and supports load/unload duties.
