Job summary

Creative Dining Services at the University Of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a dependable, part-time dishwasher to help keep our kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly.

You will sanitize dishes, organize storage, and maintain a tidy workspace. Training is provided if you have limited prior kitchen experience, and compensation is hourly with benefits including insurance and PTO, plus a company-supported 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person!
• Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize & Clean: Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, and heavy kitchen equipment to high safety and sanitation standards.
• Organize & Restock: Promptly return clean items to their proper storage areas to keep the line moving.
• Maintain the Space: Sweep, mop, and handle general kitchen cleanliness to ensure a safe and orderly workspace.
