Thirteen Bar and Restaurant in Verona, WI is seeking a part-time Steward to join Troon’s hospitality team. The Dishwasher role supports kitchen efficiency by maintaining clean dishes and back-of-house areas during high-volume service.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, sanitizing items, keeping storage areas organized, and assisting the team with light cleaning while complying with health and safety standards. Availability for nights and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine safely and efficiently according to sanitation standards.
• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain clean and organized dish and storage areas.
• Remove trash and recycling regularly to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with light cleaning duties including floors, mats, drains, and surfaces.
• Support kitchen team during peak service with urgency and focus.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
