Job summary

Hilton Denver City Center is looking for a dedicated dishwashing team member to support the restaurant and kitchen in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will clean, rinse and station ware, operate the automatic dishwasher, and ensure a sanitary work area for staff.

Role involves lifting up to 50–75 lbs, standing for long periods, and complying with health standards. Training provided; benefits included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Experience not required.
• Must have basic knowledge of dishwashing.

Responsibilities

• Clear and sort dirty dishware from the dish room, rinse and stack for automated washing.
• Operate the dishwashing machine and monitor detergent/dishwashing chemical levels.
• Inspect cleaned dishes and stock them for kitchen and restaurant use.
• Hand-scrub pots, pans and equipment not suitable for machine washing.
• Polish silver, stainless steel and pewter used in service for a presentable look.
• Maintain and clean the dishwashing area and equipment to meet health standards.
• Keep the dish room tidy and safe, including floors, counters and shelving.
