Job summary

Hilton Westshore in Tampa is seeking a Sanitation Aide PM (Dishwasher) to support the kitchen by operating the dish machine, washing glasses and dishes, and maintaining cleanliness. The role involves teamwork to ensure great guest experiences and may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and follow safety guidelines; prior kitchen or hotel food service experience is a plus. This is a full-time position at our Tampa property.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly operate and maintain the dish machine; wash glasses and dishes in standard rack.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
• Keep the kitchen clean at all times; sweep, mop spills.
• Empty heavy trash cans; spray and sanitize after use; replace bags.
• Follow MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist with plating banquet events when needed in other kitchen areas.
