Job summary

Canyon Ranch Lenox is seeking a hardworking team member to support daily kitchen operations as a dishwasher and prep helper. You will wash and sanitize dishware, assist culinary staff, and help maintain a clean, orderly kitchen environment.

Training is provided, and you’ll work with a collaborative team during busy service times. Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts are available, with comprehensive benefits after 30 days and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools in accordance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Support overall kitchen operations by assisting culinary staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure all kitchen and surrounding areas remain clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and routine floor maintenance as directed.
• Properly organize and store sanitized items to maintain efficient workflow and easy access for kitchen team members.
• Adhere to all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols to support a safe and efficient culinary environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during peak service times with a positive, team-focused attitude.

PAY RANGE: $17.00-$17.68
